32 Winds was named for the number of winds measured by the main points of a navigation compass. The symbol imbedded in the winery’s logo also reflects the 32 points of the nautical compasses used by the first adventurers and explorers seeking the finest flavors and experiences the world had to offer. 32 Winds continues that tradition with all they do today.
32 Winds is located in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley, near Healdsburg. They offer a wide variety of high-quality wines, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to rich Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Their grapes are sourced from prime California AVA’s, including Napa Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast.
Winemaker Matt Taylor, an invaluable addition to the small family-owned operation, oversees the vineyards and vinification. Taylor’s impressive career spans the globe and includes wineries Domain Dujac and Araujo. His knowledge of winemaking and vineyards are the perfect fit to build on 32 Winds’ vision.
